LeadHERgeneral

IS A 5-MONTH FEMALE MENTORSHIP PROGRAM.

This virtual mentorship program is comprised of one-on-one meetings between Matches, as well as monthly Zoominar sessions covering a curated list of essential skills. In addition, we offer quarterly workshops covering industry-specific topics. These sessions are facilitated by women who are experts in their fields, participating as LeadHERHosts.

  • The Participants

    • Hosts bring their expertise, knowledge, and skills which have guided them through their incredibly accomplished lives.

       

    • Mentors bring their lifetime of experience - both challenges and victories.

    • Mentees take a monumental step forward in their personal lives with the support of women who have walked the path before them.

  • The Structure

    • Each mentorship program has up to 24 participants comprised of up to 12 Matches: a Mentor and a Mentee. 

    • Each Match meets on a regular predetermined schedule, and following the course content, has a monthly topic provided for discussion. 

    • Zoominar presentations are offered monthly based on course content. Additional resources are also provided for more in-depth learning and discussion.

    • The content for LeadHERalliance aims to give the Mentor-Mentee Matches substantive content to encourage a fulsome discussion about important and relevant topics.

  • The Application Process

    • Mentees are required to submit a Profile questionnaire for our team to provide you with the perfect match. The matches are based on your goals and interests.

    • Mentors are recruited based on their experience, passion, and commitment to the benefit of mentoring and empowering young women. Each Mentor completes a Mentor Profile to ensure we make the best possible match.

    • Both mentor and mentee sign an understanding of engagement outlining the roles and responsibilities of each participant.
